Statement of Qualifications
Hallmark Pool and Spa World, dba RCC Enterprises, Inc., was incorporated in the state of Florida over thirty years ago. Since 1981, we have successfully built an excess of 2500 swimming pool projects in the Central Florida area: Orange, Osceola, Seminole, Lake and Polk County.
Our experience consists of Commercial Swimming Pool Construction, high end residential and mass production swimming pool projects. For the convenience of our customers, we have maintained a retail store and a swimming pool display consisting of two full size, fully functioning swimming pools at our showroom since 1986. We offer service repairs, chemicals, parts, as well as portable spa sales through our showroom.
Mr. Crotty, Jr. is the President and Qualifier of the Corporation. Our State Certified Commercial Swimming Pool License number is CPC033748, and we also carry a State Certified Building Contractor License(CBC1252128). Mr. Crotty has previously held the title of president of the Bludsworth Chapter of the National Spa and Pool Institute and past board member of the Region VII of the NSPI. Mr. Crotty has been the sole qualifier for the business since its inception in 1981, and is a 1973 graduate of Tennessee Technological University, Cookeville, Tenn., with Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration.
Past Projects include numerous commercial new construction and renovation projects for the largest theme park in Orlando, including numerous themed resorts in the area, as well as new construction commercial projects for the: YMCA in Titusville, Holiday Inn, Larson’s Lodge Maingate, Landstar Homeowners Association, and Commercial Pools at the All Star Resort. Over the previous 35 years, the company has worked in partnerships with Buena Vista Construction (the construction arm of Orlando’s Largest theme park) the qualifier and Project Manager for the replacement of the Beach Wave Pool at Orlando’s largest theme park. Other recent projects include the $2,000,000.00 Aquatic Facility at Give Kids the World, located in Kissimmee, Fl. which includes a futuristic Splash Pad and 3,000 square foot Fountain Pool. Residential Projects include Lake Berkeley (Park Square Homes), Tuscan Ridge, Magic Landings as well as numerous custom residential pool projects.
