Hallmark Pool and Spa World a dba of RCC Enterprises, Inc. was incorporated to do business in the state of Florida over thirty years ago in 1981 and has successfully built in excess of 2500 swimming pool projects in the four county Central Florida area consisting of Orange, Osceola, Lake and Polk County.
Our experience consists of Commercial Swimming Pool Construction and high end residential and mass production swimming pool projects. For the convenience of our customers, we have maintained a retail store and a swimming pool display consisting of two full size, fully functioning swimming pools located at the above address since 1986. We offer service repairs, chemicals and parts, as well as portable spa sales through our retail store and showroom.
R. C. Crotty, Jr. is the President and Qualifier of the Corporation. Our State Certified Commercial Swimming Pool License number is CPC033748. He is also a State Certified Building Contractor (CBC1253898).
He is past president of the Bludsworth Chapter of the National Spa and Pool Institute and past board member of the Region VII of the NSPI. He has been the sole qualifier for the business since its inception in 1981. He is a 1973 graduate of Tennessee Technological University, Cookeville, Tenn., with Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration.
Past Projects include numerous commercial new construction and renovation projects for Walt Disney World Co. including:

- The Grand Floridian Resort
- The Yacht and Beach Club
Other new construction commercial projects for the YMCA in Titusville, Holiday Inn, Larson’s Lodge Maingate, Landstar Homeowners Association, and Disney’s Fantasia Pool at the All Star Resort.
Over the previous 31 years the company has worked in partnerships with Buena Vista Construction (the construction arm of Disney World) the qualifier and Project Manager for the replacement of the Blizzard Beach Wave Pool.
Other recent projects include the $2,000,000.00 Aquatic Facility at Give Kids the World, located in Kissimmee, Fl. which includes a futuristic Splash Pad and 3,000 square foot Fountain Pool as well as the completion of Volcano Bay for Universal Studios in Orlando, Fl. (Pictures Included)

Landings as well as numerous custom residential pool projects.
