Meet the Founder
With over 40 years of experience, R.C. Crotty has led Hallmark Pool & Spa World to become a trusted name in custom pool construction. As President and Qualifier, he holds both a State Certified Commercial Pool License (CPC033748) and a Building Contractor License (CBC1252128). A graduate of Tennessee Technological University, he has also served as President of the Bludsworth Chapter of the NSPI and as a board member for Region VII of the NSPI. His expertise and dedication have shaped the company’s reputation for quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction.
